These terms apply to everyone who uses aigigsdaily.com ("AI Gigs Daily"), published by Odyssey Strategy (SASU), 9 rue de Mulhouse, 54000 Nancy, France, RCS Nancy 107 611 089. By using the site, you accept them.
1. What AI Gigs Daily does
AI Gigs Daily brings together, in one place, a selection of paid gigs published by AI training platforms (currently Mercor and micro1). The site is free and you do not need an account to use it.
2. What AI Gigs Daily is not
- Not a recruiter or an employer. We do not hire anyone, and we do not take part in any platform's hiring decisions.
- Not the platform. When you click Apply, you leave AI Gigs Daily. Your application, your contract, your pay and any dispute are between you and the platform, under its own terms.
- No guarantee of being hired. Rejections are common on these platforms. Nothing on this site promises you a gig, a rate or a number of hours.
3. Accuracy of the listings
Rates, hours, countries and requirements are taken from each platform's listing as published. Platforms can change or close a listing at any time without notice. We update the site regularly, but we cannot guarantee that a listing is still open or unchanged when you read it. The listing on the platform's own website is the one that counts. Summaries are rewritten by us to be quicker to read.
4. Referral links
Most Apply buttons are referral links. If you are hired through one, the platform may pay Odyssey Strategy a referral fee. It costs you nothing and does not change your pay. The platform will show Ulysse Chailley as the person who referred you.
No platform listed here charges candidates to apply. If anyone asks you to pay to get one of these gigs, it is not the platform: do not pay, and let us know.
5. Email services
- Email alerts (on /start): you receive at most one email a day, only when a new gig matches your choices. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
- "Email me this gig": sends one gig to your inbox, once. Use it only with your own email address, or with the address of someone who asked you to.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the forms to send emails to people who did not ask for them;
- try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or its services;
- present AI Gigs Daily's content as your own or reuse it commercially without permission.
We may block any use that breaks these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and visuals of AI Gigs Daily belong to Odyssey Strategy. You can share links to the site and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Mercor, micro1 and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Liability
We take care to present the listings accurately, but the site is provided as is. Odyssey Strategy is not responsible for:
- decisions made by the platforms (acceptance, rejection, rates, payments, end of a contract);
- the content of third-party websites you reach from this site;
- interruptions of the site due to maintenance or to our providers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Age
The platforms listed only hire people aged 18 or over. AI Gigs Daily is meant for adults.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version online when you use the site is the one that applies.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you use the site as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to find a solution together: hello@aigigsdaily.com.
